Deposit

PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES LISTED BELOW

A NON-Refundable deposit of $15 is required upon booking your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total. You must pay your deposit within 4 hours after booking your appointment. Once your deposit is recieved your appointment will be confirmed. Deposit payments can be made via Cash App, Apple Pay, or the link down below. You can send it to (205)223-8425, $SplitDecisionz for cash app. If I do not receive a deposit within 4 hours your appointment will be canceled and you will need to schedule another appointment. 

Please ensure that your hair is completely detangled, shampooed and blow dried. 

If you are 10 minutes past your appointment time, a late fee of $10 will be applied to your balance at the end of your service. After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please contact me at least an hour before your scheduled appointment time. When rescheduling your appointment, you may reschedule with the same deposit that you booked with only one time. You will have to pay another deposit after you reschedule a second appointment. 

Please understand that there are NO REFUNDS.  Once you pay, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So please ensure that you are satisfied with all services rendered BEFORE PAYING!
